Each Witbank Tourism Assocation member has signed a Code of Conduct committing themselves to the following:
* Maintaining high standards of courtesy and hospitality and ensuring that facilities and services are appropriate.
* Allowing each visitor reasonable opportunity to view the services prior to registration.
* Make it clear to each visitor exactly what is included in the prices quoted. Details of additional service charges
will be marked clearly.
* Advise guests of any alteration in rates prior to registration.
* Deal promptly and courteously with all enquiries, reservations, correspondence and complaints for visitors.
* Ensure with then bounds of legal liability, the safety of the guest and their possessions.
* Ensure that no guest is discriminated against in an unfair manner, notwithstanding the operator's Right of
admission.
* Actively protect and enhance, where possible, the environment and experiences of tourists in the area.
* Implement lawful, health, safe and equitable employment conditions.
* Remain loyal and respectful towards other product owners and Witbank in general.
