The following requirements must be performed when festivals/functions or any other activities are planned:
All festivals / functions or any other activities will be held in caravan park number three.
An amount of R40 000.00 per day in high season (1 September to 30 April) and R20 000.00 per day in low season (1 May to 31 August) must be paid in advance before the area is occupied.
An amount of R3000.00 breakage fee must be paid in at the Witbank Recreation Resort for any breakages that might occur during the event. This amount is refundable if there were no damages.
An amount of R5000.00 cleaning deposit is to be paid in cash at the Witbank Resort. The amount is refundable if all areas used are cleaned up and all the papers and rubble are removed within 12 hours after the festival/function.
Satisfactory chemical toilet facilities must be provided.
Necessary arrangements must be made with the S A Police for safety regulations and that private security must also be arranged by the tenant.
The gate control must be taken over by the tenant for the day visitors.
No alcohol may be sold without permission from the Municipal Council. The tenant must also have a valid liquor license to sell alcohol, if he wishes to sell it.
